Where no speed variation is required, depending on the number of functions to be carried out by the crane models F21-E1B & F24-BB can be selected, but an interface panel is required to be provided between the crane panel and the system.
In some cases, though 4/5 steps are available in the master controller, the crane operator uses only two notches i.e. one for slow speed and the other for full speed. For such applications models F24-6D, F24-8D, F24-10D & F24-12D can be used, but an interface panel is required to be provided between the crane panel and the system.
Yet in some cases only 3 notches may be used by the operator – slow speed, intermediate speed and full speed. For such applications model F24-BB can be opted for, but an interface panel is required to be provided between the crane panel and the system.
Model F24-60 can be a replica of the controls provided in the cabin. The joysticks have 5 speed steps in each direction of motion. The other functions can be carried out through push buttons/switches provided on the transmitter. This model can operate even a most complicated crane through remote. For converting master controlled crane to joystick type remote operation an interface panel may or may not be required.
For frequency drive operated cranes, interface panel is not required.
