Of late we have noticed that the Indian market has been flooded with spurious/duplicate TELECRANE Radio Remote Control systems. Such systems are being manufactured by an Asian country which is very well known for manufacturing duplicate inferior systems at very cheap prices. These devices are marketed and sold using the TELECRANE name and trademark without authorization.
It is very difficult to distinguish such duplicate systems from genuine and original TELECRANE products as in appearance and color these duplicate systems look absolutely identical ( as the outer casings for transmitter and receiver are copied perfectly ) but the electronic components used inside are of inferior quality and the circuitry is outdated and unreliable making the systems very hazardous.
Unfortunately such duplicate systems are being purchased due to cheaper prices by some unsuspecting users who believe that they are dealing with an authorized dealer/distributor/associate without realizing that they are buying poor imitations which are unreliable, lacking the high performance of genuine TELECRANE products and that crane operation, safety and reliability is severely compromised when controlled through such inferior and duplicated devices.
Hence we would like to bring to your notice that Acropolis Engineering Ltd. are authorized by Government of India, Trade Marks Registry vide their Trade Mark No. 13843 for the use of TELECRANE brand in India. As per the agreement we are also authorized by TELECRANE, Taiwan to manufacture and deal in their products in India. Therefore you can buy genuine TELECRANE brand products only from Acropolis Engineering Ltd.
